They have gf buns even though it’s not listed on their menu on the website. No idea about the fryer but it’s something.

Wrote to the mountain ahead of our visit to know what options were available for my celiac daughter. Was advised salads, tomato soup, chili and gf buns for burgers. Based on this statement my daughter had the tomato soup. 2.5 hours later she was pulled over on the side of the road vomiting it up and dsabled to the point where i had to go out to retrieve her. I emailed and called the resort that day to see what may have happened. I received an email the next day that the soup "may contain trace amounts of wheat" and they apologized for the "miscommunication." Poisoning my child is a bit more than miscommunication. 4 days later we received a call from the resort regarding our original call and I was advised the soup was Campbell's...which lists wheat flour as the 3rd ingredient...so a touch more than trace. The rep also advised that the only safe option is a salad...so no hot option. All in all a total failure.
