After speaking with the manager, we learned that Gus's chicken has always been gluten free. It was absolutely delicious and many of the sides were GF too. Love this place. Note: It has a little kick to it so if you don't like any spice, you might want to avoid it.

They have gluten free fried chicken ONLY. Owner confirmed gf batter and dedicated fryer. No gf sides available. Southern fried chicken, so it’s got a spicy batter, and it’s delicious.
