Review of Gustazo Cuban Restaurant & Cafe

Gustazo Cuban Restaurant & Cafe is amazing, delicious, and totally gluten-free friendly. Almost all the dishes on the menu are gluten-free; all of the waitstaff is extremely aware of every ingredient in the recipes and how that affects the dietary restrictions of their customers. The food is incredible (and on a rotation, so there is always new items) and the environment is intimately cozy. I highly recommend this restaurant!
