Been here twice. Got a little sick both times from cross contamination.

I loved Gusto’s pizza before I knew I have celiac disease. Sadly I didn’t enjoy the gluten free crust. $16 is more than I’m willing to spend for a 10” doughy pizza. The crust seemed undercooked and stuck to my teeth. Even after reheating the leftovers in the oven for a second meal, I still found the crust a little off. I was really hoping to like it but unfortunately I didn’t like my food. ☹

Great gluten-free pizza with any toppings of your choice. I chose meat lovers on the gluten-free crust. Gusto has also partnered with a gluten-free bakery to bring in dessert.

Called and ordered two gluten free pizzas. Got the West steak philly and the spartan. The girl on the phone didn’t know much about the allergy but she kept asking coworkers she did know. We wanted cheese bread as well but they don’t make that with their gluten free crust. When we got off the phone, they actually called me back to tell me that the spartan had meatballs with breadcrumbs in it. They said that they didn’t have gluten free meatballs so I got pepperoni instead. The pizza was delicious. Couldn’t even tell the crust was gluten free. Kind of scared us. This is our fourth week being gluten free and it feels so weird trusting them so much. We didn’t get sick afterwards! We did get a couple of desserts because of all the great reviews. The pumpkin bars were okay, but the brownie and lemon bar were disgusting. Awful texture and taste.
