Gusto has 2-3 gluten-free bowls. The staff member went out of his way to notify everyone to change their gloves when I said I had a gluten allergy. The sweet potato chips are made in a dedicated fryer and are the best I've ever had and they give you a free order with every bowl purchased. They also offer gluten free desert.
