gusto is absolutely amazing with gluten allergies and the food is DELICIOUS! it’s my go-to fast casual restaurant! they clearly mark which bowls are GF and if you tell them about your allergy ahen you order they will change gloves to avoid contamination with the few gluten-containing items that they do have in house

Most bowls are gluten free. I got the mango chipotle with grilled chicken, and it was surprisingly delicious! They changed their gloves when I asked. The gluten-free sweet potato chips were great too.
