The majority of the pastas could be made with their homemade GF pasta. I am very sensitive to cross contamination and had no symptoms after eating there! As a plus - it was DELICIOUS! Best GF pasta I've had - the carbonara is a must-try! They also have a flourless chocolate cake for dessert that we enjoyed.
no gf pizza crust but i can not recommend the gf pasta here enough! it’s house made and you’d barely know it’s gluten free. i also recommend the beet goat cheese salad
The regular food is delicious… had it myself years ago before I had to go gluten free. Family confirmed it’s still delicious now.
Was disappointed that the gf options were pretty limited and the wait staff seemed uninformed. When I asked about gf options (which aren’t clearly marked on the menu), he said I could have any pasta. But that the pizzas are no longer gf bc they had too much trouble with cross contamination. When I attempted to order gf pasta with meatballs for my gf son, I asked specifically about the meatballs. Then he said I don’t think those are gluten free. When I ordered carbonara instead he was hesitant about eggs having gluten. 🤦🏻♀ We did split a carbonara, which was good just not what my son wanted. The Caesar was delicious and had roasted pistachio in place of croutons. I didn’t get ill, so there’s that.

Love gusto’s! Have been a little bloated a few times after eating here but would be worse with a full on glutening. Sadly they do not make the prosciutto and truffle pizza i so dearly loved so haven’t been in a couple years.
The manager came out and expressed they do cross contaminate, and it’s not safe for sensitive celiacs.
The offer pizza and pastas, but not safe for Celiac’s. The food has amazing reviews for people that can eat here.
Sure celiac friendly. Lots of choice possibillitis Pasta is cooked seperately Very very good food and gorgeos bij taste Italian food as if you are in Italie. Even the ambiance is very Italian I'm from the Netherlands, but if I'm comming back I will visite Gusto again! My rate nummer is a 9!!
The server was knowledgeable about gluten free. They have gluten free pasta and pizza. They recommended against the pizza for celiacs because of contamination issues
Absolutely amazing GF dinner- pesto pasta, pizza, flourless chocolate cake, gelato!! It WAS like being back in Italy. It was worth the price and atmosphere inviting. Wonderful service too! Rest of family enjoyed regular me no, lots of choices. I am sensitive to gluten but not celiac so I leave that question for others to answer.

Delicious, wonderful service, knowledgeable staff. Easy to order gluten free, and when it got to me it was the best Italian food I’ve had since I lived in Italy. Alex was very knowledgeable about the pizza and desserts, he was attentive without being pushy.
Only gf fettuccini was an option for my celiac son, but they had a couple of sauce options. Gf pizza is not celiac safe. My son liked his pesto pasta, and the other food we had was very good and fresh ingredients.
Nice, small Italian restaurant. Decent prices, although portions aren't huge. They reported cooking the gluten free pasta in a dedicated space. They were out of the gluten free pizza dough.
