Gut Hügle Erlebnishof

Es gibt in der Speisekarte ausgezeichnete gf Speisen (Pommes, Schnitzel, Kartoffelpuffer). Leider ist das Servicepersonal schlecht geschult. Unsere Bestellung wurde zuerst falsch ausgeführt (gh Spätzle), dann kamen gf Pommes, allerdings das Ketchup in einem Waffel-Behälter. Wieder mussten wir reklamieren. Bis meine Tochter ihr gf Essen hatte, waren die andere Familienmitglieder fertig und das Vertrauen dahin. Den gf Kuchen, den die Küche als Entschädigung geschickt hatte, wollte sie dann schon nicht mehr essen. Leider für uns keine gute Option mehr.

They used to be a really great destination for celiaks, but they have been growing so much over the last couple of years, that their staff isn't knowledgeable anymore. They switch to a dinner Buffet which is highly contaminated. After our last visit we decided not to go there anymore.

So they still offer glutenfree items on their Menu and they have a dedicated fryer for french fries, but we don't feel safe there.

Gut Hügle is a very good place for families with various possibilities for entertaining kids. They also have apartments and offer the possibility to celebrate birthdays etc. In the menu gluten free options are marked and if you order e.g. a salad you geht gluten free bread. For breakfast and brunch there is also gluten free bread on the buffet and if you order in advance you can even geht cake but cross-contamination is always a risk when there is a mixed buffet.
