I would marry this place if I could! Every single thing is just to die for! Amazing desserts, best flaky pastries, the crueller is fantastic, awesome chinese food from Riz, bread I would sell my soul for, and the list goes on!

It is the best place to go for celiac and gluten-free groceries and bake goods in the Ottawa region.

There is lots of groceries, including frozen foods.

Their bakery is fully gluten-free and have many dairy free options as well. They do sweets and savory bake goods and they are all amazing.

The service is amazing and was available is English or French!

It is so amazing to be able to grab safe foods anytime in our end of the city! Their baked goods are delicious and the service is wonderful!

This place is such a gem. If you are celiac, gluten intolerant or even those that can eat gluten…THIS is a must place to visit. They only carry things people (including themselves) have tried and enjoyed. My favorite are what they make in house. The Nanaimo’s, chocolate eclair, cheese cake, they even have cruellers and doughnut holes on weekends. (They are seriously addictive). The customer service is the best, friendly and so accommodating. They opened this bakery/grocery store after their daughter was diagnosed with celiac.

Always fantastic!

The carrot cake is perfect! Moist, flavourful, and the icing is not too sweet.

They carry many gf items from out of town. My favorites are croissants and chocolatines from Le Marquis in Montreal and Chinese food from Riz in Toronto.

We are traveling from Florida and hands down the best dedicated gluten free bakery EVER. We come from the Orlando area and Orlando can’t compete with her products. We purchased from croissants to eclairs. Buttery and flaky crusts. AMAZING

Visited for the first time this week. Breads aren’t made on Monday or Tuesday as an FYI (I visited on a Tuesday). My non-GF daughter had a chocolate cupcake and thought it was delicious. I had the nanaimo bar which was yummy as well.

The grocery store isn’t fantastic.. very expensive and lots of items can be found elsewhere for less. I tried their frozen pirogies and they were gluey.

Overall, I will visit again but it was expensive and it won’t be on my weekly grocery shop tour.

We are new to glutenfree foods but thought the carrot cake, brownies, and scones here are delicious. There is a selection of grocery items, breads and pasta too. Perhaps they will add more products over time, like gravy mixes, cereals? The staff has been very helpful. Easy parking available.
