Review

This is haute French cuisine with a price tag to go along with it (250 euros for 7 course lunch menu). We made the reservation before I got diagnosed with Celiac, but decided to keep it when I got the diagnosis. We alerted the restaurant before we arrived. They were very considerate and adapted our tasting menu to remove all the gluten but keep all the flavor. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Most of the dishes were the same as my non-celiac wife, but a few were subtly different. One course included a brioche for my wife and a gluten free bread for myself with a white truffle butter - they showed they were aware of cross contamination issues by bringing us separate truffle butter and knife sets (whereas the other tables only had one). It was these little attentions to detail that made me feel totally at ease, and able to enjoy this 3-Michelin star experience.
