Had a great huavos rancheros , they replaced the tortillas (shared fryer) with potatoes for me which is an upgrade! Great food, service and location. Yum

I unfortunately have not visited here myself, but given the good reviews I contacted them to ask about cross contamination. The response I got was encouraging in some ways: they said they "do not have gluten add ins and are fully aware that [their] salads etc are gluten free and [they] can make all of [their] sandwiches with GF bread as well. None of the dressings or sauces have gluten added for thickeners." HOWEVER, they also noted that "do not have separate cooking surfaces for certain items," so I imagine things like gluten free pancakes may not be safe. Overall they were super helpful and knowledgeable, and I imagine there are things that are perfectly safe to eat if you have celiac disease, but I don't imagine everything marked gluten free is.

Fun boho ambiance. Standard breakfast type food, and a lunch menu too. I ordered the combination with eggs, chicken sausage, potato cake and a gluten red French toast. Everything was delicious, especially the potato cake which I did not have high hopes for. It was fresh shredded potatoes seasoned and cooked perfectly. The French toast was bigger than normal GF bread and was tasty and slightly sweet. They also offered GF pancakes but I didn’t try them.
I noticed that the cafe is kind of small and they have a seating list, so I imagine they’re busy on weekend mornings.
When I first moved to the area more than a year ago, I was thrilled with this restaurant! The menu was labeled gluten free, the wait staff was gluten free friendly and most of them seemed knowledgeable. I could order yummy gluten free pancakes, beef bourguignon, and even sandwiches and burgers with gluten free bread (although the bread wasn't the best quality and fell apart quickly). Now, they've removed the gluten free labeling from the menu. The gluten free pancakes were horrible the last two times I ordered them. The quality of the food is sometimes hit-or-miss. The cooks often burn the polenta, for example. Now, I go for a particular salad, and sometimes for the huevos rancheros. I'm disappointed that the restaurant seems to have pulled back on their gluten free friendliness. I'm not sure what precautions they take to prevent cross-contamination in the kitchen, but I've never gotten sick after eating there.

The first time I went here this place was AMAZING. But every time after the pancakes were literally like flat gross plops on my plate. It's a cute little place and they have a handful of options but very inconsistent quality.
Sooo good! Staff was very knowledgable and helpful and the food was delicious. They have specific gluten free items and most everything else can be made gluten free. The pancakes and French toast were my favorites! I have had no symptoms whatsoever. A great breakfast/lunch place!
Very yummy. lots of options ask if you can sub with gf bread, like for French toasts. Not on the menu but they accommodate.
Menu is clearly labeled for GF and vegan options. Staff is very knowledgable and makes sure there is no cross-contamination in my meals. Every meal there was plentiful and tasty. Breakfast options all day. Friendly staff. Nice vibe. Good location. Super clean bathrooms.
I am traveling and found this wonderful cafe! I had the gluten free crepe pancakes! They were the best I have tasted! Staff and chef were great. I highly recommend this jewel in Sebastopol.
Excellent GF BLT and fries.
Great service. Wish they had a gluten free bun for hamburgers. GF pancakes were a hit with my daughter.
Comfy atmosphere, had GF crepe pancakes with fresh blueberries, powered sugar and syrup. Also, chicken apple sausage and coffee .
