Wouldn’t recommend for celiacs. They do have some GF options but the risk of cross contamination is too high. Regretting it today 😫
If you do go, make sure your whole table eats GF (shared grill). The waiter will bring everything without the marinades but its still a bit risky cause it’s such a busy place and the kitchen can’t be as careful. You’ll also have to bring your own soy sauce.

They said they would use the same gloves for food prep even if they didn't use the sauces. Server was transparent which is nice, but had to wait for 1.5 hours just to not be able to eat

Wow best all you can eat Japanese grill experience - server and kitchen were knowledgeable about what meats/items were gluten-free and even modified dishes by removing sauces to ensure it was safe. Went to the measure of removing the bibimbap sauce so I could still enjoy the dish with my friends. They suggested we keep everything at our table Gluten-free so there was no confusion about which items were safe which was a relief that they were the ones to suggest. Every time they brought something to the table they always made sure to tell us it was gluten-free celiac friendly. Next day still feeling great!!!
