HEB has just opened and there are a lot of great GF options. The best part is their APP which allows you to click on an item and see the full ingredient list. Items I have loved so far

Rotisserie Chickens, have had them all and they are incredible with lots of different flavors.

Canyon House mini sweet bread rolls great for sliders

Waygu rubbed hamburgers my favorite

Mi Tienda Meats, they show which ones contain wheat on app

Meal Simple prepared meals, Salmon and veggies Steak and potato

Texas BBQ Brisket

Shishkabobs

Jalapeño Poppers for the Grill….Crazy good

Never had any issues with any of these and continue to try new things there.

I shop at H‑E‑B for most of my groceries. They have many gf brands like schar and canyon bake house and SOME H‑E‑B brand items are gf. Make sure to double check for “processed in a facility with wheat” on things like store brand corn chips. The “select ingredients” store brand items are more likely gf.

This place has a wide range of gf grocery products...including Paleo take-away meals from Naked Coconut Eats. There are only a few stores that carry them and I finally found them at this location.

The best Grocery store for GF items in the area. They have a huge section across from the bread (ironic and funny). They have 4 frozen freezers of GF items.
