Habibi Falafel

this place opened up a little while ago so i thought i would try it out! they said they had gluten free ingredients and you can watch them assemble your bowl!

i would make sure to ask them to change their gloves before preparing your food (they use the same gloves to roll pita wraps and grab lettuce for the bowls) but otherwise i didn’t see any cross-contamination issues. i’m usually decently symptomatic if i have been glutened and have felt fine since eating!
