Great ramen but pretty big disconnect between subbing gluten free noodles vs having an entirely gluten free dish. The shio and vegan broths are GF, for protein only the tofu is GF as all others are marinated in soy sauce, bamboo shoots and soft boiled egg are marinated in soy sauce as well. They had no problem giving me a new dish when we confirmed the bamboo shoots and chicken have soy sauce (pictured below)
Came here because they said they had gluten free ramen but when I said I was celiac/couldn’t have soy sauce, they said the only option was the Yuzu Sherbet. Disappointed, thought I found a new ramen option.
The server was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable about gluten issues and cross contamination but I got glutened anyway. The manager seemed genuinely concerned about figuring out what happened but admitted it was likely cross contamination. As another reviewer said, it was pretty much an expensive bowl of chicken noodle soup that in my case I wasn’t able to eat because it made me sick.

Great white lotus ramen, were careful and didn't get sick
Was so excited to finally have ramen but was honesty disappointed to learn only 3 dishes are available GF. Two of them were vegan so I opted for one with chicken. I got chicken noodle soup as they forgot my veggies so it was pretty sad overall. Noodles are tasty though.
Honestly the best GF ramen I've had, the noodles made me a little nervous because of how good they were! They also allowed me to buy the uncooked noodles to go and I'm so excited to make some tasty ramen at home!
I had very good ramen here today. This is the only place I’ve ever found gluten free ramen and it was a real treat. The staff were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, only 2 of the ramens that are gf but any options are much appreciated. I was hoping that the spicy ramen was gluten free, but since it wasn’t, i just asked for hot pepper and Chili oil to amp mine up a bit! You either need to have one of the vegan ones, or there is another one but only tofu is an option (the meats in the ramen soups are previously marinaded in a sauce that has gluten.
Overall, I had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed the meal! I’d come back for sure.
Vegan broth + gf noodles
Amazingly delicious. I live fast and loose so I didn’t inquire too much but I didn’t get sick.

Be sure to get the vegan broth and gluten free noodles. Unfortunately the pork, chicken and boiled egg are not gluten free. But the duck is and it’s delish. Great flavor.
Heads up: I’m not a celiac. I am wheat sensitive. This place is not certified gluten free. BUT they do have gluten free ramen. And they were very good to make sure I ordered the right meat and broth to match (chicken broth with duck). It was delicious!!!
