Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

Unser Sohn hat Zöliakie, daher sind wir sehr vorsichtig was Essen in Restaurants angeht.

Bei einem Restaurantbesuch (ohne unseren Sohn) kamen wir durch Zufall mit dem Inhaber ins Gespräch, der sich sehr gut mit dem Umgang mit Gluten auskannte, ebenso wie sein Personal, was wir bei unserem 1. Besuch zu dritt merkten.

Wir können bisher nur Gutes sagen, essen lecker und fühlen uns hier sehr sicher.

Man teilt dem Personal mit, dass man glutenfrei essen möchte und wird dann direkt aufgeklärt, was alles möglich ist (fast alles) aus der Speisekarte.

Ich war schon öfters bei dem Mexikaner. Man kennt sich sehr gut mit Zöliakie aus, Mais-Tortilla werden getrennt von denen aus Weizen zubereitet. Ich wurde gebeten, das Restaurant an andere Zöliakie-Betroffene weiterzuempfehlen, da hier öfter auch Gruppen vorbei kommen und gerne mehr kommen sollen. Bin sehr zufrieden!
