Got take out and ordered GF beef with broccoli and it was runny with no taste. It had a gravy in it and I knew I tasted wheat. I only had a few bites and it made me really sick. My husband who is not GF tried it and said it was awful. The beef was very slimy. This is just my opinion but my advice is to go to Changs instead.
