Review of Halcyon Hot Springs Village & Spa

we stayed one night at the Hot Springs Resort, and we're afraid that we would not be able to find any gluten-free food options in the area. my wife has celiacs, and is extremely sensitive to both gluten and soy. we found the serving staff as well as the chef to be extremely knowledgeable and all of their ingredients. they would be able to make substitutions on a variety of their menu options, but they also had several meals which had no gluten or soy in them. I am happy to say that my wife had no reaction to their food, and found it to be especially good. my wife thought the goat cheese omelette was the best omelette she's ever had. it is a bit pricey, but not nearly as expensive as we thought it would be. if you eat in the dining room, it has the most amazing view overlooking the nearby Lakes and mountains Beyond.
