WOW just about sums it up! The cinnamon rolls are AMAZING! I was visiting from out of town so I only got to eat there once. I would probably be in big trouble if I lived closer, I would be eating there all the time. I wish I had purchased more items to take with me because I devoured the cinnamon roll and muffins. If everything else they make is as good as the cinnamon rolls and muffins (reminded me of pound cake) then you can't go wrong. They had a huge variety of baked goods. Go, try it, you won't regret it.

This bakery has the best GF goods I have been able to find in the area. It's a dedicated GF facility, completely celiac friendly, and the people who work there are always friendly and helpful. It's also right next door to a teriyaki place that has celiac friendly GF teriyaki, so it's fun to set aside enough time to go to both places.

We discovered this place the night before while eating at the teriyaki restaurant next door. We drove 15 minutes out of our way the next morning while traveling to eat here and it was well worth it!

Holy. MOLEY! Please come to Bellingham! My husband and I were in heaven! We went in to try one thing and $35 later and a whole bag of stuff is what we walked out with! Cheesecake, lemon bars, potato bread, cinnamon rolls, garlic cheese rolls, oh my! Everything was absolutely fabulous and the selection was endless!

Wonderful! The deep dish pizzas were so good and it was nice to have thicker crust for a change, since pretty much all GF pizza is thin crust.

We purchased potato bread, muffins, and a chocolate lava cake. I am celiac and traveling is very hard.... So grateful that this place exists. Can't wait to try their take and bake pizzas.

Wow great selection of treats. Their cookies are all good and the Blueberry Muffins and Chocolate Vulcano Cake should not be missed. Don't forget they also make pizzas ready to eat or take & bake. Crust can be a little thick for my preference, but still decent GF Pizza.

Great pastries, friendly counter service-my only qualm is that the muffins are a bit too sweet. This all gfree bakery knows how to bake with perfect texture, though!

I discovered Haleys shortly after my daughter and I were diagnosed with Celiac and it has been a godsend. Food is excellent and we have gone back many times and will continue to. I highly recommend!

Best Gluten Free Bakery in Puget Sound! Really is the best, everything I have tried has been excellent. I read a review about the GF bread texture. Be aware you need to lightly toast pretty much any GF bread as it will make it hold together better. always works for me! Taste wise you won't find anything better anywhere!

Great bakery with a huge variety of GF options. They were in business years ago when there were very few GF bakeries. If you're south of Seattle it's definitely worth a stop. They also make pizza.

I am almost glad this place is a 20 minute drive from my home... I would go here way to often if it were more convenient (which would put the 30 pounds I lost right back on and then some)!

When I do want a delicious, safe gluten free treat, I go here. I have yet to be disappointed with anything I have had here. I love the red velvet cake! It was a wonderful birthday treat and it was the first piece if cake I have had that didn't hurt for days after eating it.

Whenever I fond out someone I know is gluten free I always mention this place. It's hard to find gluten free goodies this good.:)

I appreciate the gluten free variety and like buying the pizza dough so I can put on my own toppings. The ready-to-cook pizzas are good too and i ask for light cheese when i do. Only gave it a 4 because I like the items I've purchased but not a fan of the loaf bread for the price and separately I've been told they won't offer oatmeal cookies (my all-time favorite) because they can't buy the GF oatmeal. Again appreciate the GF facility!!

Everything here is delicious and I have never had anything that couldn't fool a non-gf eater. The thing I like the best (and it's hard to choose) is that they are no more expensive than your traditional scratch bakery, unlike other gf bakeries who charge an arm and a leg.

really loved the molasses frosted cookie. Was just like the way I remember the wheat ones I grew up with. Only reason I gave three stars is the texture of bread is really not the best. Very old time G.F. crumbly not very sandwich friendly. Also, I wish they would offer at least something to sample everyday. Even the day old stuff. She is very "frugal". She would get me to buy more (I spend quite a bit every time I go in $40-75) if she let us try different items now and then.

You would never think gluten free pastries could taste this good. There sausage breakfast muffin is the best. Take them on business trips all the time and on vacations.
