Review of Half Baked & Fully Brewed

We stopped here twice during a recent vacation, and it was fabulous both times. They had a lot of gluten free options (breakfast sandwiches, lunch wraps & paninis) and they took cross contamination precautions very seriously. When preparing my meal, they got out all new and clean utensils and ingredients. They also scrubbed the cooking surfaces clean and wrapped my sandwiches in foil when heating them. They even made sure to give me a sealed, gluten free bag of chips as my side (as opposed to the standard chips from a bag where they reach in and put them on your plate, thus risking cross contamination). I really appreciated how seriously they took it!
