No gluten free sushi

I’m not sure what people are talking about-when I called, the only things they could make gluten free were 3 of the vegetarian rolls, California roll and miso. None of the fish can be gluten free and none of the dishes. They at least tell you but I would not call it celiac friendly.
Their sushi is gluten free because the sushi vinegar they use does not contain gluten. Also many items can be modified to be gluten free. They have tamari available.
Good experience! They seemed reasonably knowledgeable about celiac (GF soy sauce, knew what fish had been washed in vinegar). I played it very safe but didn’t get sick so I’d go again!
They had delicious food and checked with the kitchen when we had questions concerning specific items.
