we had dined at hama sushi regularly before & after going gf. i would go in & order from a waitress i knew for years & still be served food i could not eat.

I order online about once or twice per week. My orders are really difficult and all gluten free. They have never screwed up an order. I LOVE this place.

My sushi wasn't perfect but the team was very knowledgeable about gluten free ingredients etc. They have GF soy sauce and don't fry the GF sushi so it isn't contaminated.

This place was wonderful! All of the staff was knowledgeable about gluten free. They even has a separate prep area that is properly sanitized. The sushi was delicious!!!
