I love this place. I emailed with the chef ahead of time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through their procedures. He did point out they make their own bread there and couldn’t guarantee there is no flour dust in the air — but given how knowledgeable he was and the procedures he outlined to me I felt safe.
Been there twice now and the staff is always so kind of seems to know exactly what’s up.
I got the burger both times which they cooked in its own clean plan and prepared in a separate area. The French fries have their own dedicated GF fryer.
My non GF wife also loved her meals both times.
