This was my second time eating here. The barbecue is really good. The sauce is not gluten-free though so the ribs and brisket aren’t either as they are cooked in it. The smoked turkey was delicious though. Anything fried is not gluten-free due to a shared fryer, but the rest of their sides are. The waitress didn’t know what was gluten-free, but she went and asked in the kitchen for me.
The BBQ sauce is not gluten free but the dry meat is still good. There are enough GF sides to make a good meal. If the wait staff is unsure, they will check with someone who does know. I've been there enough that I know what is available and have never had a problem.
The kitchen seems knowledgeable about which menu items contain gluten. Their bbq sauce is not gluten free so we get the dry chopped brisket on a baked potato. Make sure to get the brisket “dry”, otherwise, it is cooked in the sauce. Ribs are also cooked in the sauce and therefore not GF. Sausage is not GF.
