I visited for dinner recently and the waitress was very knowledgeable. Went through the full menu and detailed what was safe and what could be modified on EVERY dish. Fried foods are a no-go due to a shared fryer. They’re more than happy to split up a plate to ensure no cross-contamination (like using a ceramic plate instead of wood block for a charcuterie board and serving bread separately). I had the burger without a bun and it was great!
