I'm gluten sensitive and lactose intolerant. The breakfast options were very limited this past week (Nov 2022) The hotel only had the 'plastic omelets" as egg option. Those are not gluten free. They had oatmeal but I asked if it was Gluten Free and the woman working the kitchen got me the container it came in and there was no mention of GF anywhere on it, so I was afraid to have it. My only option, besides an apple, was to have the Honey Nut Cheerios. I asked about non-dairy milk and she said they had oat and almond. She came back with a small container of Silk almond milk. It lasted me two days. It's very dissappointing that they have no hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs. They had no bakery or bread options. We stayed at a Marriot last month and they had frozen Udi muffins that they would bring out on request. It would be simple for Hilton to do the same. It's very depressing for those of us with dietary restrictions to have very limited choise at a breakfast that while "free".. we know we are actually paying for.

No longer have GF options. Great hotel and staff but checked with management and they no longer offer GF breakfast options. Standard hotel fare.

This hotel with breakfast included had a whole list of gluten free options, including bagels, bread and waffles. And it was all very tasty! They had a separate place in their kitchen to prepare the waffle and toast and knew to change their gloves. Very sweet and accommodating staff. We looked forward to breakfast every day of our vacation.
