The hotel continental breakfast tested for free with my NIMA sensor. Myself and my daughter are both celiac and we were thrilled to chow down on the breakfast potatoes and scrambled eggs. They had many other options available that we probably could have eaten as well but we only had one capsule with us for testing items on the road. They also served Chobani based smoothies in 2 different flavors, several juices and Canadian bacon which were all safe for us. This is so rarely the case at any hotels so I had to write this review and add them on this app so hopefully other celiacs see this!! We are so sensitive that we have to use a NIMA To test for possible traces of cross-contamination (we are 11 ppm reactive). We travel over half of the year, Preparing our own foods in hotel rooms and air BnBs as we travel for work. So this was a gym and I got extra time to myself this morning because I didn’t have to mess with cooking
