Actually had a great experience here. They have a GF menu if you ask for it. The server told me several people working in the kitchen have celiac — so they are very careful.
Edit 2/10: ordered again last night, but decided to test my food on the Nima and it contained gluten. Won’t be visiting again.

— Excellent
Offers gluten free options, apps and entrees, and seemed probated when I asked to take allergen protocols
— Somewhat
— Separate gluten-free menu
— Some
Did not get sick thankfully but the gluten free options were extremely bland and the seafood soggy with delivery. Way too expensive for the quality.

— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu

They had a gluten free menu from about 2021-2022 including on the mobile menu. It was great! I probably went about 10 times.
For some reason, they got rid of their GF menu. The first time I went to find the menu gone, I told the server I wanted the gluten free version, and got glutened. Shame. One of the only reliable restaurants at a good price (and Chinese, to boot!) good drinks as well.

— Not Much/None

Delicious but I got sick. They said they could prepare everything I ordered safely in a separate area, not sure what went wrong. I ordered spicy cucumbers, eggplant, dry pot chicken & salt n pepper scallops.
— Not very
— No gluten-free information on the menu

— Good
Nothing is marked and they always have to check, but about half of their menu can be made gf.
