We ate in the back (not cook in front of you) and explained our Celiac issue. The server was instantly aware and told us his food would be prepared separately and also first to assure no contamination. Since Asian is one of our son's favorites, it's very nice to know we have somewhere to go that understands. His food was terrific.

Very accommodating for gluten allergy. Cooked my hibachi dish first with gluten free sauces to avoid cross contamination. Staff were very eager to meet GF needs. Ordered hibachi filet... Delicious!
