The wait staff and chef were very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I was given a special gf roll in it's own plastic bag. AND the food was delicious!!

Great restaurant right inside the Marriott Cancun Resort. I used a Celiac digital card from Equal Eats to let them know I couldn’t consume gluten or anything that could contain gluten and they completely understood and prepped my food in a different pan in a different part of the kitchen.
Even though it took about 45 minutes for dinner, I knew they were taking their time to make sure I wasn’t going to get sick which was appreciated and I was more than willing to be patient for… The food was worth the wait!
I had the garlic kava shrimp and the sea bass with no crust with a side of long beans (green beans) and shallots… the flavors were rich (not bland like a lot of gf food) and the meal was just so good.
The next morning, I came back for breakfast, got the buffet option, asked to speak to a chef and showed home the same Celiac card. They told me they would prepare an omelet and hash browns in a separate area for me and bring it out to my table (since some of the other food is made in shared spaces). The omelet was fantastic and I was able to have a side of fruit and organic black coffee.
I’m super sensitive and didn’t get sick either time. Really impressed with the attention, care, friendliness of the staff to make it a great experience.
A few pics of the meals attached. I stayed at the Marriott Cancun Resort (beautiful property and probably the best one in the area, even better than the JW Marriott next door) so Hana was just downstairs from my room.
