Lovely folks but the server and manager had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually I was brought a gluten free bottle of soy sauce but not before being served salad with dressing containing gluten, and my steamed chicken covered in gluten filled teriyaki sauce. the manager did know this was incorrect and promptly replaced it.

My granddaughter and I both have Celiac and eat at Hana's frequently. Just inform them when you order you have to eat gluten free, they already have gluten free soy sauce and teriyaki.
