I went to this establishment recently and had an amazing experience. Staff were very knowledgeable about what had gluten and what didn’t. I got the sushi burrito and enjoyed it thoroughly!

Staff was very knowledgeable And almost everything is naturally gluten free. Tamari sauce used instead of soy sauce. The food tasted so yummy. I felt great afterwards!
the best poke i have had in slc!!! always very fresh and affordable. they can easily accommodate for gluten free, every time i order online although the options don’t say which is gf vs not but will substitute to ensure it is all gluten free:) i’ve never had a reaction to them!
Staff is super knowledgeable about what is safe to eat for gluten allergies. They even have gluten free soy sauce. Highly recommend in SLC!
Absolutely delicious poke bowls! Fresh ingredients and many choices. There's not a GF menu, but most items are GF, and they know very well which ones are or aren't. The service was excellent!
Delicious! Very knowledgeable about gluten free and almost everything was, including the sauces which isn’t too common for sushi! I got a sushi burrito which was delicious! They also have poke bowls of course.
Hana ya is a good lunch place. There isn’t any allergen information available but the staff knew which items and sauces were gluten free.
