Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

Just opened in Bakersfield. Have eaten there twice for what has turned out to be really excellent ice cream which is made on site. A good number of gluten-free choices. Very generous servings. We may have a new "bad" habit of getting Chipotle bowls or crispy tacos, then walking across the parking lot for Handel's ice cream!
