Didn’t have our Celiac kid with us, but we asked about their gluten allergy accommodations. Chef said they clean the cooking area and the pans before preparing the allergy dish. It takes them some extra time, so a heads up is helpful. Food we had was good, though it wasn’t prepared gluten-free.
