The owner knows about Celiac disease and assured me that his menu had been tested and approved for being gluten free. (Everything except the buns is gluten free!) we ordered brisket, Turkey, pork loin, and ribs, with sides of beans and coleslaw. Everything was delicious, especially the bbq sauce. We thought it was even better than Joe’s bbq in Kansas City.
