They don’t have any of this marked on the menu but they have gluten free buns for burgers and gluten free pizza crusts.

I had a burger and a side salad. The side salad came out with croutons on it but as soon as I pointed out, she said “oh my gosh I’m so sorry” and whisked it away and brought me a nice fresh salad. I did not get sick.

I got the burger with a gf bun. Waiter was clueless about gf. He said he THOUGHT the blue cheese dressing had gluten. I asked him to check. He was wrong. Well, my salad came out with croutons. When I got the waiter’s attention, he made a snarky comment. By the time I got another salad, I had finished the burger. Steak prices are ridiculously expensive.

I’m celiac and cannot recommend this place at all. The waiter had no clue, and that was after waiting forever for someone to even come to the table. Nothing is marked GF on the menu. I got up and left as I had zero confidence that they knew anything about celiac.

As a newly diagnosed celiac I was very impressed at how seriously our waitress took my concerns. I had the burger with a GF bun and mashed potatoes. The food was excellent! She also mentioned the pizza would be safe as well. My daughter (who is not celiac) had the regular pizza and was very impressed. I would highly recommend and will return !

We have eaten at Hank’s two nights in a row. Very pleased with their gluten free options. They have gf pizza crust and buns should you decide on pizza or a sandwich. My granddaughter had filet mignon the first night and a burger on a gf bun tonight with mashed potatoes as her side. No issues. Staff and chef were knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this place.
