Fantastic food. Great understanding about coeliac needs. Have take outs as gf family and also eat in. Usually email order in advance to help them. Crispy prawn starters are out of this world! Food is fresh and full of flavour. Fav gf place!

I’m a sensitive coeliac and will only feel safe if there are coeliac recommendations. There were lots of positive ones on Facebook. I went early, before it got busy and had a gf meal. Told them I was a sensitive coeliac and needed gf. Checked it was a separate fryer. But sadly, I was still ill with coeliac symptoms by the time I was in the car, going home. Judging by the symptoms it was cross contamination, I did need to change my plate and chopsticks as they were dirty, maybe someone new there, but sadly bad enough for me not to risk it again

We just love Hao Wei. There is so much already gluten free but they also can make a dish gluten free. My daughter especially loves the salt and pepper squid. We are able to choose many different dishes and share them between us! We have been eating here a couple of years now, it is a regular treat for us and we have never experienced any problems at all. The staff are always ready to help with advice if you're not sure what to try! Definitely recommend
