NEVER AGAIN: My family ordered a 6-inch tiny cake for my birthday for $45, and $45 worth of GF and non-GF cupcakes. The cake was terrible. I love frosting, but there was way, way too much frosting that tasted like greasy, gritty sugar, and almost no kinda-stale tasting cake. 5 of us had one celebratory slice, and no one wanted anymore, we ended up throwing half of it away. I never throw away GF cake! The cupcakes ranged from meh to good. I emailed the bakery and offered return the cake so they could taste it, and asked for a partial refund or a few cupcakes in exchange. Their answer: Our website says "NO refunds." Also, I tried this bakery a few years ago and swore to never go back, but my spouse did not know that... So, never, never, again. Granted, they are a vegan bakery and I am only GF, but still, bad is bad. My friend said she will not eat their savory foods again, either.

Was super interested in ordering a GF cake from them, as they advertise on their website they can make multiple items gluten free. There are no asterisks next to “GF” on their online menu to designate anything other than what’s understood to be “gluten free.” (Normally if a bakery has a “gluten free” offering but there’s cross contamination, there will be a note or designation so the customer is made aware immediately.)

However, in very small print, at the very bottom of their website, if you know to scroll all the way down to look for it, there is an allergen alert that says ****they do not have a dedicated space for their GF baked goods and that all the goods share equipment.**** Unfortunately I won’t be able to order from here!

I REALLY wanted to like this place. I purchased cupcakes and biscuit and both were less than desirable. The biscuit was both too sweet and too salty at the same time, in addition to being chalky. The cupcakes had a good flavor profile but we're very gummy ( too much rice flour). I recently made a king arthur box cake mix and it was significantly better, texture-wise. 😔
