The staff of this restaurant is very friendly and they were really pleasant and patient about answering or questions about how they prepared the pizza. They have gluten free crusts, prepare the pizzas on a separate clean sheet of paper, change out the brushes for the sauce, and use a clean cutter. The pizza was very good and tasted like the standard Happy Joes's pizza. What more could we ask for?
Good pizza, never been sick. I only gave 4 stars because of the cost and their gluten free crust is always undercooked.
Yes
Great pizza, crust is amazing, didn't get sick
Not celiac safe. Huge cross contamination risk.
Prior to ordering I saw one of the staff press a pizza crust into the pan and with the same hand, reach into the mozzarella cheese container to top the crust. The cheese was then cross contaminated.
Once I saw this, I didn’t even bother to ask about their safety protocol for their gluten free pizzas.

I have tried their gf pizza twice and both times I have been sick. I won't be trying again. Hope this helps others.
I have had the pizza a number of times, gf and cauliflower. I believe they can also make df. Of course it will never be as good as their regular pizza I’ve liked it. Can’t speak for safety measures as I’ve never watched them make it, although you can if you so choose.

I have had their gluten free pizza many times over the last five years and I have never had a problem. I always ask them to change their gloves and such as I will be super sick if I get any gluten. They always assure me that they are very careful with GF preparation. So far, so good. I will continue to enjoy their GF pizza.
