Great Japanese restaurant! They have a separate gluten-free menu. Staff members have a booklet they can refer to that shows the allergen information for each dish, so they are happy to check if you ask about the gluten allergen information of a dish. I ordered the chicken and lemongrass dumplings served with gluten-free soy sauce, chicken karaage, lotus chips, goma-ae greens, and raindrop cake. The food was delicious, I will definitely return!

Great atmosphere and super convenient location right in Darling Harbour!! Staff have always been super well informed on coeliac/gluten free, there is a whole gluten free section of the menu!

Pretty decent selection, a couple of the items have fryer cross-contamination (renkon chips, fries, karaage chicken) but the dumplings are super nice and they cook them separately if you mark for coeliac/gluten free. Couldn’t see any gluten free beer on the menu, but good other drink selections incl cocktails, cider, japanese liquor, etc.

I really trust this place, when you mark what you order as coeliac they check back with you re fryer cross-contamination etc.

I usually get the agedashi tofu, gyoza, and edamame :-)
