As soon as we walked in, our host/server immediately knew what we needed and told us they are careful about cross contamination. There is no gluten free menu or items marked, but he just said let me know what looks good and I’ll tell you if we can make it happen. I didn’t get anything fried, so I didn’t ask about a dedicated fryer. It does close in the off season, but we made it the day before they closed this year! (September 29th)
