I am always nervous about eating out at restaurants, I have Celiac and I’m very sensitive. The waitress saw I wasn’t eating, (out at a meal with family) and asked why. My husband mentioned I have a bad gluten allergy and I was worried about cross contamination. She went back and talked to the chef. The chef said they would make me food in a separate pan with nothing touching, and no flour or breading anywhere near it, and cook me whatever I wanted. I had steak and a baked potato (which they wrapped in foil and cooked separate for me.)
It’s not listed that they have gluten free options, but they do have allergy sensitivities listed on the menu and say talk to your server. I was delighted with how kind and accommodating they were. I am so sensitive and I was fine. I will definitely be coming back.
If you go, make sure you talk to your server and the chef - they get it!
