They provided a gluten-free menu but it was more like a gluten friendly menu. Initially I was very excited to see all the options even gluten free buns. I ended up ordering the nachos on the gluten-free menu not thinking they make their own...manager comes out to ask if I'm allergic to which I responded yes. He then tells me that the gluten-free menu shouldn't have been released as it was starting the following week. The tortilla chips are gluten-free but are fried in the same oil as all other fried items. Due to this I didn't end up eating, just drank an angry orchard. Seems Hard Rock needs to do better accomodating allergies...
