Currently here and we are having a very difficult time. Overall, the staff is not knowledgeable or accommodating. I even argued with one staff member about soy sauce having gluten it. Language is also an issue. I hope our trip improves. There are basic options on the buffet. One place did make us gf pancakes at breakfast. Zen restaurant had a total of about 4 items on the menu marked gf.

We found the resort staff to be very helpful. Every time we checked in to a sit down service they ask if anyone in your party has an allergy. Some staff didn’t understand the allergy, so they immediately brought over someone else who made sure we understood what was safe. They do have a small selection of gf danish/breads at breakfast and dinner buffets. Be cautious and ask if you aren’t sure! We didn’t get sick and thoroughly enjoyed all of our meals.
It was almost a bother for some of the staff to help with gluten free, I tried to explain that taking food from the buffet would be dangerous for me. I’m not sure if the restaurants at this resort are safe. :(
They went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten free. The chef even made me my own chocolate desert and is making me buns for a cheeseburger because I was craving one. So nice!! A little hard to communicate but managers know what they're talking about.
Yes
Some GF options on the dinner menus. Best one was the French restaurant. Breakfast and lunch are buffets with lots of naturally gluten free foods (yogurt, fruit, eggs and veggies). GF bread trays clearly marked and pretty good.
The gluten free food is really good and the staff is friendly and helpful. But, you have to ask and be patient.
