Hardware Pizza

Delicious and safe gluten free pizza in rural Georgia. The staff understood celiac and took every precaution to make sure that cross-contact was prevented. They keep the pizza on a pan, use designated utensils and change gloves. I was impressed with their thoughtful handling.

They were so mindful! Explained the process of coking the gluten free pizza in their own tin sheets, and prepared in a cleaned area. I have celiacs and did not have any bad reactions. Solid gluten free pizza. Their gluten free is not advertised on their menu but it is available in a 12” or 6” pizza.
