Extremely uneducated in gluten free. Was here for a conference that was catered by Harley, told myself and other people with intolerance that there were enough gluten free foods out at a lunch they served that included bratwurst, hamburgers, macaroni and cheese all with buns. The only gluten free option was lettuce they had out for garnish that had been cross contaminated. Day two of the seminar, same problems. Asked to use a microwave so I could heat up food I brought, told that was a health hazard. They couldn’t have been less helpful, rude or ignorant to celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Don’t choose this place for any events where you need to serve a diverse group, ours was over 200 people.
