It's so nice to eat at a restaurant that is dedicated gluten free. I know that I can order anything and be safe. I had the biscuit and gravy with roasted veggies. It was yummy and the portion size was great. My only complaint is that Harlow is really into kale. There is kale all over the place, and I don't like kale.

It was such a nice surprise to find a dedicated gluten free, and healthy place to eat lunch! We ordered 2 different bowls, and both were outstanding. At Harlow's they understand how to use complimentary flavors, herbs, spices and textures without adding artificial food additives or extra fat. We were very pleased with the quantity of food as well (it's a LOT).

The food is mostly bland, with an abundance of kale in too many dishes. Service is awful with staff straight up ignoring customers or being rude.

Amazingly delicious food. I ordered the chipotle chili bowl with quinoa. Was so so delicious. Also tried bites of mac and cheese and quesadillas. All of them yummy!

I just got one of the worst gluten poisonings of my life last night at this restaurant. I'm not sure what caused it, there were so many different ingredients in the dishes that it could have been anything. I had the urban bowl with lemon dressing, and a smoothie with almond milk and cacao nibs. Also some of my partner's mushroom stroganoff.

If you have Celiac, be careful and use a Nima tester if you can. This place is not completely safe. I've eaten there before and I never got sick like this, but once is enough for me. Never again.
