Amazing. GF dedicated and vegan - but don't let that deter you if vegan is not your thing. It's all excellent and the staff are super friendly. Very tiny place though, so don't necessarily expect to eat it there. Best to grab and go. They'll even recommend the best way to reheat things for optimum texture. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Yes yes yes!!!! I'm not one of the folks who is just thrilled to have some junky gluten free food. I'd rather just eat a bag of snap peas and a tub of hummus. But this place... s!!!!!! Where do I start?? All I can say is yes. I got my birthday cake here and some delicious morsels for my time in Baltimore. That was good, because gluten free was a little more challenging than most places. Bonus? VEGAN!!! It's off the beaten path, but it's also worth the effort. Their hours should be minded, and you can definitely order from them. The neighborhood is fun and worth checking out. It's one of those dreamy finds that make a trip so wonderful!

I had a tremendous experience placing a large order with Harmony to take to a potluck wedding. They made smaller versions of their savory chickpea and spinach mushroom tarts for me and many, many non-gluten free guest thought they were delicious. I also ordered the quinoa salad and that was very good and kept well. The potato salad and kale salad were fantastic. We had cupcakes which were fairly typical GF- dense and too sweet. I highly recommend the savory foods.

i would eat here in an emergency but i wouldn’t go back on purpose. i am not vegan so maybeif you are vegan and gf this place would be exciting? the quiche was pretty good flavor but was just a weird wet mush in a crust, not a quiche consistency. the bagel melt was awful, the bagel was ok but the avocado was overripe and the vegan “cheese” was strange and sweet and made me feel bad after eating (not in a gluten way). the donuts and cookie i tried were fine. the people were really nice and i wanted to love the food, but :/

The food is amazing! I haven’t tried the sweets yet but I had a difficult time deciding between the great savory options. It was so good to eat a spinach tart with a delicious crust and a salad without even saying anything about GF.

All gf vegan and delicious. No need to compromise here. My eat-anything-partner loved it too. We went each morning for breakfast while in town. Clearly an important part of the community too. A+ all around.

Lady spoke to think was owner sweetheart!! Had red velvet cupcake, (of course no food coloring dye) artisan loaf of bread brought home and a chickpea puffed pastry to die for for lunch the next day. Loved that their main GF flour no nuts or beans or corn in it. The icing tasted lovely not too shorteningy. Can't wait to return.

The entire kitchen is gluten free! I had breakfast here, so just had coffee and split 2 bakery items with a friend. Both bakery items (a sticky coconut ball and a date granola bar) were delicious, and I did not get sick afterwards. I felt very comfortable eating here, as the entire kitchen is gluten free, and being able to share food with a friend was great.

Absolutely amazing addition to Hampden and Baltimore! When I need a sweet tooth fix, I come here and feel 100% safe eating everything. I've never been sick, and the staff is happy to help guide you through their selections if you have additional food allergies. I highly recommend their sesame teff loaf, the quinoa burger, the chocolate biscotti, their everything bagel, and their chocolate chip cookies. If they happen to have blueberry donuts on the day you go, make sure you try those, too!

We visited Harmony Bakery while spending a long weekend in Baltimore. We had lost track of time and entered the bakery just a few minutes before close. Nevertheless, the staff was patient explaining the variety of options to us. We walked away with a quinoa and sweet potato salad, a kale Caesar, a cookie sandwich with vanilla frosting, sesame bagel, and Samoa donut. All were absolutely delicious! If we didn't love 5+ hours away, we'd be regulars for sure.

Not only is the food delicious but everyone is friendly and so helpful! I was having trouble getting inside with my stroller and dealing with their front steps and they helped me enter without me having to ask. The chickpea tart was yummy and savory and their donuts look as good as they taste. Everything is gf so as a celiac you don't have to worry

Go for the delectable gluten-free vegan desserts, stay for the creative and seasonally inspired savory fare. Don't miss the mushroom hand pies and my personal favorite dessert- the beautiful apple tarts. Full review on my blog: http://www.eatingoutwithout.com/2015/09/harmony-bakery-review.html
