I advised them of gluten-free requirement when making the reservation; the waiter mentioned it right away when introducing himself, and made some suggestions from the menu (I had lots of options). The assistant waiter even assured me that my salad was gluten-free when he brought it! The atmosphere in this place is old-school elegant, as is the service, and the food is fabulous. They brought me a beautiful gluten-free mousse dessert in lieu of birthday cake, and substituted some dark chocolate wafers for their famous complimentary chocolate truffles after the meal. I couldn't be more pleased.
