One of my favourite places in los Cristianos, I went there a few times for breakfast and in the evening they have an evening menu where I had garlic mushrooms with gf bread, then fish chips and mushy peas which was amazing, I wasn't sure they did the fish until I asked and was so please when it arrived. The staff are lovely and it can get busy but it is well worth the wait.

Great options, friendly and affordable. Had GF lasagne and chocolate fudge cake. They had many other options including breaded mushrooms.

Fab GF fish & chips. V understanding of how challenging it is for a mini coeliac. Super choice for dessert too.

Lovely food. Lots of gluten free choices. All home cooked food. Best sangria in Tenerife. No problems with been a celiac.

Most places they say they can do gf in Tenerife but this place really knows and understands the allergy and properly caters for it very pleased to have found it

This cafe is an absolute gem in the middle of Los Christianos serving a wide menu range from breakfast to lunch snacks to evening meals and even afternoon tea. Most of the menu items can be made to be gluten free including sandwiches. There is a well stocked cake counter, again with a range of gluten free cakes available. We went there twice during our holiday and received excellent friendly service and on the second visit went for the afternoon tea experience which was absolutely amazing (they prefer a booking in advance for the gluten free afternoon tea which can be easily arranged by a quick phone call. Their number is available on their website). We will definitely go back on a return visit in the future!

My daughter is Coeliac and this was a gem of a find. One of the owners is Coeliac and all the food is safely freshly cooked. Great service and felt so safe for my daughter. Even better is that the food is delicious
